Devdas a technocrat mechanical engineer has exposure and expertise since 1997 in Infrastructure Maintenance & Development, Process Automation for several pappadum Industries for Domestic and Export Market, in turn resulted in his passion and interest towards Food Manufacturing. As a result of this JDS Food Products Pvt Ltd is found in 2007 with complete technical knowhow.
J.Devdas and his wife Bhuvaneshwari Devdas started this business with the vision of manufacturing safe, tasty clean and quality Pappadums and uplift the rural society to help nation building. To achieve their vision and drive this food business is carried till date, their hard work and efforts creating employment is recognized and awarded with “The Gem of India 2012” & “Udyog Gaurav 2013”.
Since inception JDS has continually invested in new, hi-tech and specialized production equipments. We use authentic Indian ingredients with traditional culinary skills to produce Pappadums with ethnic taste.
Our Skills JDS specializes in Pappadums of various sizes and varieties, size vary from min 1.5 inches to larger 7 inches and varieties from hot, very hot, individual spicy, mixed spicy, mild spicy, garlic etc... We make tradiational home made recipies by higly skilled personnel.

Our Products Pappadums known by various names like Poppadums, Appalams etc... and the appalams or papad are crispy & crunchy snacks when coked in the tradiational way. Pappadums are most favored during cocktail hours, functions, parties, starters in hotels / restaurants in western countries. It is one of the side dishes of traditional South Indian food. For Children / Teenage it is the 'meal pusher'. There is a belief that people who take pappadums with Payasam (Kheer) at the end of the meal will be born as Royals!!! Why discard the belief for no cost.
