Frying Instructions :- Pour oil in the pan. Heat to the required temperature & make sure it does not smoke. Fry few pieces at a time. Store Fried products in an air-tight container.
Tips for deep fried Pappadums:
* If you want to use less oil to deep fry, cut the Pappadums into half or quarter pieces and fry.
* Soon after deep frying, place it on plain white paper to absorb excess oil.
* Regulate oil temperature to avoid dark over fried Pappadums.
* Store fried Pappadums in air tight container immediately after cooling down to keep them crisp for longer time.
